Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

• Important: Please contact our customer service department to ensure you send the package to the correct return address.

• Return Shipping Fees:

• • Customer Responsibility: If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.

  • Store Responsibility: If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

  • Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to a 14-day refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

    2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
